PRODUCT POLICY

QUALITY CONTROL (FACTORY TESTS & SHIPMENT):
All ADDON products are designed, developed and field tested to meet the stringent requirements of MBE technology. To maintain rigorous quality control standards 90% of ADDON manufacturing is done in-house. All critical materials / components are selected and treated directly by ADDON and cleaning protocols are applied at each step of production.
All ADDON products are rigorously checked and cleaned prior to shipping. Cells are sent in a container filled with inert gas. They are delivered with an individual QC sheet giving the working values established during the tests and a technical booklet describing how to install and use them safely.

WARRANTY:
ADDON cells are guaranteed for two years from the date of original shipment against defects in parts and workmanship. The guarantee does not, however, cover breakdowns caused by misuse, accident, abuse or negligence including improper installation/repair/maintenance, crucible/liner failure, overflow of material, excessive power input or improper cooling of the cell.

Comprehensive English User Guides are shipped with all ADDON products.
