      Propane is an alkanet, which is a gas but can be converted into liquid on compression. This is a derived product from petroleum products during the processing of natural gases. Propane is generally used as a fuel in engines, stoves, etc. This compound is commonly known as LPG or liquefied petroleum gas. LPG could be a mixture of propane with traces of propylene, butane, butylenes, and compounds such as ethanethiol or thiophene is mixed, these act as odorants so that one can identify a gas leakage easily. Usage of propane has been proved to render to a long life to the engine and could be started easily after a long idle rest without being stuck up. Another reason why many people prefer propane is that do not become solid and they do not emit a foul stench and does not get spoilt or bad after keeping it for a long time. Usage of propane instead of gasoline is not a big difference since they provide the same amount of output and energy, and they run for a longer period without any interruptions and your engine will last longer.
